Who can apply as an initial pharmacist applicant?

Applicants who are recent graduates from an ACPE (Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education) accredited School of Pharmacy or a foreign graduate who has obtained an FPGEC certificate can apply to become a pharmacist in the State of Maryland.
