What are the requirements I must meet in order to renew my pharmacist license?

In order to renew you will need to submit an online or paper renewal application with the appropriate board fee along with 30 continuing education credits (CEs). We require that 2 of your CEs are live, and that 1 of your CEs covers medication errors. For licensures who also have a vaccination license, the 4 immunization CEs can be part of the total 30 you will need to renew.

1. Person's licensees by examination within online year of pharmacy school graduation are not required to complete continuing education hours for the first renewal.

      2. All other renewing pharmacists must complete 30 hours of continuing education hours
